Our Story:

Linkademia was born out of a shared passion for learning and the desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals.

We closely observed the challenges faced by individuals transitioning from academia to the workforce, specifically those coming from Teir 2 cities and colleges, and it is worth noting that majority of Indian workforce comes from these Tier 2 cities. Our motivation is further fueled by the finding of latest available annual PLFS (Periodic Labour Force Survey) conducted by MoSPI (Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation) in 2021-22 which revealed a high unemployment rate of 14.9% among graduates aged 15 years and above.

It is deeply concerning for us to witness that though our literacy rate is eventually improving but relying solely on conventional education proves inadequate in securing employment. Also, considering the fact that now India is the world's most populous country with 1.4 bn people and job availability is limited compared to the number of job seekers, the situation becomes even more critical.

Recognizing these challenges, Linkademia was created to bridge the gap between education and viable career prospects by empowering learners with practical skills and industry insights to navigate the complex employment landscape. At Linkademia, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way people approach their professional aspirations, facilitating positive change in their lives.
